Our strongest commitment is to develop a culture where health and safety come first. Our experienced technical team follows safe practice procedures and includes Registered Engineers, NACE International Certified Corrosion Specialists, Cathodic Protection Specialists and Technicians (Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4). Our technicians are also ATTSA certified in traffic control.
We invest in training our employees resulting in a safer work place and a higher quality work product. Mears has an extensive Operator Qualification Compliance program and a NACE approved state-of-the art training facility to assure trained personnel on every project. Employees are trained, evaluated and qualified by INGAA, MEA and NCCER for covered tasks required for pipeline remediation and corrosion evaluation projects.
We support staff participation in the NACE Technical committees that develop standards, recommended practices, and present at technical seminars on pipeline integrity organized by NACE, INGAA, AGA and others.
