Mears has the personnel to assist operators with preparation for regulatory audits for Pipeline Integrity matters. Mears' personnel have contacts with PHMSA personnel to assist operators in getting through audits and properly presenting the results of their integrity work of all types including AC Mitigation. Mears provides personnel to assist PHMSA in training inspectors at TSI in Oklahoma City.
