Mears recognizes that safety is paramount to the success of any company. Through constant training and in keeping with the highest standards, Mears continually strives to create a culture of safety. From the office personnel to every crew member in the field, safety truly is first. All personnel are in-house trained at our state-of-the-art training facility before going into the field.
Once in the field, Mears’ field management performs daily safety meetings and training. With this dual approach to safety, we have significantly reduced on-site incidents ensuring the success of Mears and our clients.
