Our Integrity Group offers registered engineers, NACE certified corrosion specialists, cathodic protections specialists and technicians (Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4). Our Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Group offers registered engineers, HDD project managers and HDD superintendents, lead by a highly experienced management team. With the challenges that HDD must overcome, from solid rock river crossings to congested urban installations, Mears prevails every step of the way.
Mears’ HDD Group continually invests in new technologies that minimize environmental impact and maximize results for our clients. This includes employing the best people, designing specialized fluid handling/cleaning equipment, utilizing our own steering tools, and developing innovative solutions to drilling and pullback problems to ensure that each crossing is a complete success.
