Mears is committed to providing its customers with top quality HDD services by continually monitoring implementation and effectiveness of its Quality Management System while ensuring the safety of its clients, subcontractors and employees in all Mears HDD offices and jobsites. Mears strives to involve every employee in the continuous improvement of its Quality System by communicating effectively its policy and objectives. Customer feedback is collected and processed. Mears reviews its Quality Management System regularly to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met and exceeded.
